They even tested the gas connections and took the time to remind me to remove the tape and instruction packets from the oven before using it — small details like that really show their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond by moving my old stove into the garage for me, which I truly appreciated. You never realize how much you rely on your appliances until you have to go without one, and I’m so grateful they were able to get everything installed so quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

We had a water heater installed a couple of years back. Recently we had an issue with the water heater turn off on us. We weren’t aware it wasn’t up to code/certification. I had an emergency leak in my home. They treated my emergency like it was theirs. They arrived quickly and worked diligently to find where the water was leaking from. They quickly found the source. The location of the leak required them to work for several hours to get to it and fix it not only did they do that but also cleaned up after themselves before they left. They even gave me a great referral to a water restoration company! Reliable Plumbing owner Ramon also helped me clarify and understand what my warranty coverages and exclusions are correctly and accurately while the AHS representative was inaccurate in her description of my home coverages.
