Reliable Renovation

We had a very good experience with this company in August to November 2016. We hired RR to renovate our kitchen cabinets, re-stain a built-in bookcase and totally renovate our master bathroom and walk-in closet. The project manager, Lila, was a joy to work with. She kept in touch, stopped by the house frequently (we hadn't moved in yet when the project started) to ensure that the work was done and progressing as we agreed in the contract, kept a calm demeanor when we asked for multiple changes, worked with us on pricing, and referred us to local suppliers of materials and appliances. She was well-organized and knowledgeable, offering suggestions when we couldn't decide on specific details. Their showroom is well stocked with examples of materials and cabinets. Their work crew all did good

Working with Tina, Linda and Jennifer currently on a full remodel. All I have to say is WOW! So reliable, as the name insists. They are quick to respond, receptive to making changes, and are conscious of my budget. I told them from the beginning what my design inspiration was and so they do all the thinking for me with just that. I will be back when the project is done to leave another review, I am just so happy.. I couldn't wait to leave a review now. Thank yOU!!!!

Very unprofessional work is very poor quality and workers that install are not familiar with basic installation techniques. Having work done in the kitchen and many issues that were addressed are not fixed and one man spent five hours trying to touch up paint and got paint all over the hardwood floor. That needs to be cleaned now. when they installed the cabinets they damaged the wall. when they brought the cabinets out they had many flaws in them and weren't properly painted I would not even recommend these people to my enemies.. if you choose to do business with them good luck and if you don't pay attention to details then you are just throwing your money away.

Let me start by saying our sales lady Layla was great, always on top of getting us quotes and estimates in a promptly manner. We ordered tile, carpet and countertops for our home through reliable renovations and because we have dogs and now have a baby, we went with top of the line materials or so we thought. When our remodel started they sent one guy to start laying the tile and it was wrong so they had to restart which was fine, then a crew of 3-5 people came and finished in a day or two, it looked great. They did our baseboards before the carpet so when they put in the carpet there was a gap between the carpet and the baseboards so they had to come back and fix those. What a joke. Took half a day of work to have my carpet cleaned. The appointment was set for 3pm. Guy never showed up. I had to call them to even get an explanation. Huge waste of my day. Linda refused to offer me any sort of discount for wasting my time. Real great way to run your business jerk offs!
