Nothing but good things to say about Reliance Builders. Jon and Tyler were fantastic to work with on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Their work quality and attention to detail are top notch, but what really sets these guys apart is their communication and organization. We knew what was going on every step of the way, and we always felt confident they had things handled. They seamlessly managed all the many logistics and moving pieces along the way, and clearly have strong relationships with all their trade partners, which made a huge difference in sticking to the schedule and making sure everything was done correctly. We are thrilled with how our project turned out and would absolutely work with them again!

Jon & Tyler blew us away with their professionalism, communication & supervision of the project, attention to detail and workmanship. Jon brought in skilled and careful tradesmen during the project. Scheduling of installation of many components to our master bedroom and bath was seamless. Our project was a strip to the studs reimaged living space that now feels like a 5-star hotel retreat. It is a joy to wake up every morning and have this extraordinary space. Jon & Tyler worked well with our designer and even suggested solutions to some of our design hang ups. We recently worked with Reliance Builders to complete a full remodel of our upstairs, which included rearranging 3 bedrooms, remodeling the hall bathroom and expanding and remodeling the master bathroom and closet. Working with Jon and Tyler surpassed our expectations. From our first meeting and throughout the entire project, their professionalism and communication was first class. They were open and honest about any possible issues that could be foreseen and any surprises that arose, while working with us to make the best decisions possible. They cared about even the smallest details, and made sure their subcontractors did too (their subs were also great to work with). Reliance Builders did an outstanding job remodeling our first and second floor. Jon provided a detailed job plan that captured everything that we wanted done. Tyler made sure that what we wanted was executed in the most efficient and professional way. The final product was a completely remodeled kitchen, new hard wood floors, a new staircase, and so much more. We are so happy that we went with Reliance Builders. We will definitely use them again.

We had an outstanding experience working with Reliance Builders on our kitchen remodel in the summer of 2024, as well as an incredible back patio project. From start to finish, they were fantastic. The team stayed on schedule—in fact, they finished our kitchen ahead of time! Their attention to detail was impeccable; we never felt like we had to watch over the fine points — they took care of everything with professionalism and pride in their work. We never once felt taken advantage of, which is such a relief during a big project. One of the things we appreciated most was the interactive design process.
