Reliance Heating and Air

I recently had my annual maintenance service completed by Mr. Philip (Phil) from Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning - Conyers, GA, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Phil was extremely thorough, taking the time to inspect every component and clearly explaining what he was doing along the way. His professionalism stood out from start to finish—he arrived on time, worked efficiently, and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the system. Beyond his technical expertise, Phil was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and personable, and Phil is exactly that. I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC maintenance or support.

Had an emergency and needed to have a technician come out. My sister and brother-in-law referred me to Reliance because they use their services. I had spoken with Lauryl the day before. She was very professional and answered all my questions. Lauryl tentatively scheduled an appointment for me and set everything in place the morning I called to say service was needed. The technician was able to come earlier than expected which was a welcomed change. My technician was Dale. He was very courteous, professional and explained everything I needed to have done. He also told me how to use my system so that it works more efficiently. I will definitely use Reliance again and have already recommended the service to another relative. I am going to consider the annual maintenance plan.

Phillip H. Just came out this morning for our maintenance check. I was very pleased to have all my questions answered, Mr. H was very informative...and will add that Phillip was very professional as well as having a pleasant manner. To me it's always uneasy having a stranger coming into your home. Also, it's great receiving an email with picture and name of technician.

Timely, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous crew! Everything you could want in an HVAC company. Our service tech, Julian, is a topnotch member of their team. He worked diligently and tirelessly to solve a rather obscure problem with wiring at the condenser. Well done and thanks!

My husband and I can't say enough positive comments. We have been customers of Reliance for 17 years and have absolutly NO complaints. The office staff is always polite and helpful and each technician that has come to service our system is professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Reliance for all your heating and A/C needs.
