The woman on the phone I spoke to, Carla, was incredibly disrespectful (even though she so "kindly" said no disrespect before she disrespected me). She blamed us for the lack of service to our HVAC and would not honor our 2 year warranty even though it expired 14 days ago AND they were out here less than a year ago to replace the same part that needs replacing 11 months later.
