I couldn't be more impressed with the garage door service I received. From the moment I called, their team was incredibly responsive and scheduled an appointment quickly. The technician arrived right on time and got straight to work, diagnosing and fixing the issue with impressive speed. Not only was the service quick, but it was also top-notch in terms of professionalism. The technician explained everything clearly and even took the time to ensure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. It’s rare to find a company that combines such efficiency with outstanding customer service. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely be using them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

What an amazingly fast, easy and great experience it was working with Reliant! Some crazy lady (me) was in a hurry and didn’t wait for the garage door to fully open before backing my car out of the garage and boyyyyy did I do a number on that garage door, it was all bent up and off the hinged (yikes). I called our friends over at Reliant and they sent their guys over immediately and they had me back up and running within 30 min and they were so kind and helpful and knew exactly what they were doing! Couldn’t ask for better service! THANK YOU!

10/10 recommend. My garage door broke and my buddy recommended these guys as they are quick, reasonably priced, owned by a Lubbock First Responder. We connected around 9am and my garage was fixed by 12:00. I had a minor issues a few weeks ago and rigged some bolts in place because I didn't want to call a repairman, and they fixed that too without me asking. I will definitely be using them again!

Great customer service!! Quick response, great communication. Michael the owner was quick to respond to my urgent message and had Jerry come out to take care of my issue. Jerry was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.
