Came by to check my leake after hailstorm with wind that created an ice dam between my chimney & roof line but have not returned to repoint eroded mortar. Old bricks are tricky.
Finished house roof 2019 and has not come back to fix bad leak in kitchen. Took 1 year to finish job and added to guote price twice.
