After getting proposals from other builders, we went with Relief Pools. The personal attention and service was the selling point and a year later, Ben is easy to get in touch with for anything. He has gone above and beyond past the sale and construction and really cares. We added a pool but we truly got a lifestyle change for our family. We are constantly outside and it has been such a great addition. Couldn’t recommend a better option than Relief Pools, truly.

Ben and his team at Relief Pool Builders did a fabulous job on transforming our small backyard with drainage issues to a backyard oasis. We have enjoyed our space since day 1. They work with you every step of the way and check often during construction. We will enjoy our pool and spa for years to come and are very pleased with the outcome. We are thrilled with our pool and the process it took to get here. Ben and his team worked hard to bring our vision to life. We had a few hiccups in the beggining with permits but Ben had impeccable communication during this time. His crew showed up when we were told they would and worked long/hard hours. They kept the area clean and Ben made multiple stops to oversee the progress. He’s very hands on which we liked. There were no surprises at the end. One thing about Ben is he will do right by his word. We had a problem at the end and even though it didn’t stop us from swimming, he did not complete the job without fixing the issue. I read a lot of reviews and had two companies come out for quotes before choosing Relief Pools for our pool project. I was beyond pleased with our final product. Ben (the owner) is amazing and deals with all aspects of the build personally. Most of the work is done by his own crew and they are fantastic and hard working, going above and beyond. Even with two weeks straight of rain, they worked tirelessly to not delay our completion date. Ben is a great communicator which is hard to find when it comes to construction projects. He was honest and there were no surprises. In fact, I was impressed with the features and “upgrades” that were included in the package we chose. Look no further and go with Relief, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Relief pools has been amazing! This our second time installing a pool and Ben and his team blew this one out of the water! The transparency, craftsmanship, and overall experience has been amazing! I cannot recommend them enough!
