Relief Restoration

So with all my luck while I was away for work my water heater leaked and flooded my house water. I had pretty extensive damage. Water was throughout the house around 3 inches or so. I was stressed and concerned with how much it would cost to fix this. I called relief restoration and they picked up on the first ring and came out to my house which is pretty far from where they are located. They gave me an honest estimate. I was so happy with the quote and the honesty as well. Anyways they were prompt and on time. Like clock work everything went together. I’ve had so much bad luck in the past with other contractors. They did outstanding work which is why I would recommend them to anyone who has any type of home damage! Couldn’t be happier!

We called Relief Restoration after our rental property filled with mold from a month with no AC. Collin was very helpful and worked with us to make sure we were informed and gave us options within our budget. This company is honest and dependable. I felt very happy with their cleaning services and my house smells clean and fresh again! Thank you Relief!!

I would give 0 but that’s not an option. I had an appt with them and they called me at the appt time to say that they couldn’t make it-due to an emergency flood overnight. Emergencies happen, but at the time of my appt. I had to drive to my rental property so that was a waste of my time. Then I was told, “send pictures and we can give you an estimate” didn’t understand how that could be, but ok- sent the pictures. Never received anything. Won’t use them again.

Jason has skillfully, professionally and quickly handled several ‘disasters’ for me and my clients. They include fires, burst pipes, mold, water damages and when Covid hit my office, he suggested that I have it sanitized. Relief Air Solutions were fast, thorough, and friendly! They identified a hole in a duct that was previously undetected—was impacting air quality and temperature control. I especially appreciated photo documentation and breakdown so I could make a plan/prevent further problems. 10/10 would use them again!
