Worst HVAC company ever, hired them three times. They messed up all the times and tried to put blame on me. They have rude staff members and technicians. The customer service doesn't care about you.

These guys are genuinely awful, they never do their job correctly

Heard a lot about this company but the most overrated company we have ever worked with .Highly expensive and least responsible for their work .We had an issue with our Convenience store’s walk in cooler so without even knowing the problem they held 1000$ upfront .The came tried to fix the issue and left saying it’s all good . Next day it broke down again when we called them they held $1000 again to come back and this keep repeating five times so we paid like $5000 to them .We are still having same issue but no one bother from this company to come and fix it ever.Contacted the Managers and supervisors but no one cared. Worst experience ever ..highly non recommend company .

We use Remco for several of our commercial buildings. It’s always been a great experience from start to finish. They are timely with service calls, thorough with diagnostics, and very reasonably priced. The field team is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to ensure the job is done to customer satisfaction. The office team is readily available and is great at providing updates through the process. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience. They charge 1000$ in advance But never do the job right. We thought it is a reputed company it is all false. They don’t stand behind there work. I lost 5000$ approximately with them and fault was never fixed. Every time they come with new excuse and take your money. I will not recommend this company.
