Remnant Roofing

Hi! We were fortunate to find Mr. Potham with Remnant Roofing. He did our roof end of September 2024. He was punctual for meetings. And he spent time explaining the process of roof replacement, warranty, as well as the different colors of shingles. Love the fact he is certified with GAF. I would highly recommend him. He was not the cheapest (he was mid-range), but I was looking for a well installed roof, with a warranty, bonded company, respectful crew, and a trustworthy individual. It’s important because I’ve heard of many horror stories, and you want your roof to be done right the first time.

Robert was honest, flexible, patient and very helpful! I got several inspections from different roofing companies and decided to go with Robert because he was the most thorough with his inspection, spent the most time describing what he saw, and was also the most honest about the reasons that I might not get insurance approval as well as why it could be worth it to try anyway in my particular situation. He also helped me to communicate with my insurance company. From start to finish, he was present, detail oriented, and supremely professional. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
