Renaissance Centre Parking Garage

Worst parking garage hands down!!! Don't PARK HERE!!!!!!!!!! I started parking there in Dec I have a 4 door jeep wrangler. When I began parking my there the parking attendant told me to park in the oversized spaces. Then May 2025 hits and some lady who I never seen before Janea Clark (J.Clark) starts harassing me about parking in the oversized spaces that I e been parking in and NOONE SAYS ANYTHING!!! She threatens me with tickets being banned from the garage. I have pictures of other cars and keeps parking in the oversized spaces and there are no tickets on their cars. I waited to talk to the grey jeep that's just like mine that parks in oversized and they said they were never told not too park there. I come in late I'm a monthly member I pay 180.00 a month to be told to park in the back

My car window was smashed in some the garage with another car that also got robbed. The attendant asked if we were really gunna file a police report, amd seemed like it was a more common occurrence. If you see this DO NOT PARK HERE. Especially if you're going to the queen. Won't be coming back to Wilmington

My.car window also got smashed and miscellaneous items were stolen! I parked here for a show at the Queen The attendant was suspicious Don't park here

Locked out of garage on Friday night! The little yellow chip would not work to let me into the garage. Had to get an Uber home and now have to figure out how to get my car back. Ridiculous. DONT PARK HERE!!!
