Used "Their contractor" Joe D'Agostino to install screened patio with roof. Nearly $18,000 and 10 months later the roof still leaked. He re-caulked 6-8 times but still leaked because (I had my roofer come out finally 10/14/2022) it was not installed properly. They put a double sided sticky tape to tie the roof to the existing one expecting it not to leak...really? My roofer installed it correctly removing the last 2 shingles on existing roof and installing a flashing, then re-nailing the shingles back down. It has not leaked since but the contractor, who said he would pay for it...won't. It cost an additional $900. Today I filed a complaint with the Dept of Business and Professional Regulations against the contractor and Renaissance because they force consumers to use their contractors...a
