Who knew that when I met Renda many years ago that we'd reconnect when my home needed a new roof. Renda worked closely with me and my insurer to make the claim and estimating process pain free. And then the RTR team came the very next week and got the job done in a single day. Very professional and courteous throughout tear-off, install and thorough clean-up. Renda The Roofer was so quick to respond to my request...I was immediately impressed. I am posting this review on December 13th. We've had over 15 inches of snow so far, and my 100 yr old bungalow was forming ice dams. Renda used a roof rake to pull snow off above the ice build-up. Our forecast indicates a thaw in the next couple of days, and the service performed will help avert catastrophe. I highly recommend RTR. Total thumbs-up!!

From the first estimate to the final inspection, their team was professional, responsive, and transparent. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless after finishing. The tear off and replacement was completed in one day, and the new roof looks fantastic. RTR went above and beyond when replacing our roof and siding. From start to finish, we felt included and heard in our conversations, and Renda took the time to explain each step of the process. The teams were fantastic to work with, and all of the work was completed in a timely manner. Our house looks brand new, and we love the results.
