Renewal by Andersen

We had Renewal by Andersen replaced all of our windows and sliding glass doors in 2014. Recently one of the windows just shattered in the evening leaving the glass intact but spider webbed. I called the Great Bend office the next day and within a few days a replacement was being manufactured and a few weeks later the window was installed. Best part, it was warrantied for 20 years so we owed nothing! Great customer service and very efficient.

Jason Bradley was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He explained the process in detail for us multiple times. He had different options ready for what we were looking for, with examples on hand. I felt like it was a very personal experience and all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend working with him if you need new windows. It didn't feel like just a money grab, he truly wanted us to be happy with our end product. I appreciated how much he did in order for us to be happy. Definitely would recommend using him!

The design consultant, Jason Bradley, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made this process and easy as possible. I recommend him for all future customers.

Renewal by Anderson appears to be a good product, but prices are completely out of line. I guess if you’ve had storm damage and insurance is taking care of replacement you’d be okay. If you’re paying all yourself, you can do much better with any of the other companies available.

Very professional installation, Richard and Gage very courteous and polite. Answered all questions fully and showed how the windows opened to clean and they put cloths down on my wooden floors to help keep them from getting all mucked up from the snow and slush. The finish job is absolutely beautiful. Would recommend them anytime to go into your home to do work, totally clean up the job site each day
