Renewal by Andersen of the Capital Region

I love my new windows but the onsite installation didn't go as expected. The crew left things behind, the caulking wasn't done well outside, they messed up my walls/paint, they pulled my speaker wires off the bottom of the wall for some reason and didn't put them back. They have to come back and fix what they did.

My experience with RBA was very rough however I will say positively that their employees who fix my installation problems where absolutely fantastic. Junior Riveria and Brian were the best. They were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. Mr Rivera addressed my questions and concerns with the install and put me at ease with his calmness. He was masterful at fixing this major window installation problems. Please see pictures I have attached. I am so glad this is over with.

The crew was absolutely phenomenal to work with. They arrived on time and completed the work before expected. Communication was spot on, they answered every question that I had and explained in great detail. Fantastic workmen’s ship. I highly recommend this crew!

Anytime you think about a home renovation, you think about the headache of dealing with people who may not treat your home and your concerns the way that you treat them. My wife and I chose Andersen Windows for our window replacement and have zero regrets from the initial visit to the measurements day and, finally, installation, everything was top-notch. ParticularLy, The installation crew was incredible. Led by a gentleman named Parvin, the crew was efficient, polite, hard-working, and focused during the two day installation. I was able to work from home while they did their work without concern or complaint this was by far the easiest home renovation experience I’ve ever had. Junior Rivera and his team Debra Friaz, Elliott Mendez and Bryan Flores were incredible in their attention to detail when installing our new windows and patio french door. Clean was the same making sure everything was cleaned. They all went above and ensured that every little issue was completed to perfection.
