I just had my windows installed by Renewal by Andersen and I cannot say enough good things. Walter and his crew were incredible. Professional, meticulous, and so respectful of my home (and my sanity). They paid attention to every detail, cleaned up beautifully, and somehow managed to stay patient while my dogs barked at them like it was their full-time job. Not once did I feel like anything was rushed or sloppy — you can tell they take real pride in their work. The difference is unreal. It is SO quiet in here now. My house feels warmer, calmer, and just… finished. It honestly exceeded my expectations. What started as a simple service call to replace the seals turned into a complete upgrade. They replaced the weatherstripping, installed two brand-new glass doors on my eight-year-old frames, and adjusted all the mechanisms for smooth, effortless operation. Wes and Ricky were friendly, professional, and clearly take great pride in their work. They were meticulous about cleaning up and made sure everything looked and functioned perfectly before they left. My doors look and feel brand new again! Renewal, by Anderson came by chance, I was in ace hardware store and they were giving away free estimates, I decided to make the appointment and the salesperson Jeff Phillips came to my house and explained to me.
