I contacted Renner Garage Door after Jim Miller my old garage door guy retired. We had James out the following morning after my calling Renner and I was very impressed with his work ethic. We had two old springs replaced on our garage door and James was gone in less than an hour. The garage door is the quietest it's even been now due the maintenance he did on it. Mind you he even educated me on lubricating the hinges, springs and rollers once or twice a year and we chatted a bit. Seeing somebody young that was moving and working as fast as James did made me very grateful I gave Renner a chance. Renner Garage Door hang onto James and treat him well. He's very motivated for being so young and is very respectful and well spoken. Thank you James!

James came out the day after we called Renner for service (broken spring). He replaced both of our springs in about 30 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great job!

Renner was so easy to work with and very responsive. Kenny D was my tech and he was awesome. He was so thorough that he found an imperfection in my door that happened during shipping (no fault of Renner’s at all) and brought it to my attention and is making it right. I highly recommend them! Submitted form online for repair quote for my garage door opener on 10/21. Lecretia (not sure if I have spelling correct) called and we discussed details such as model number, belt vs. chain drive, etc. I was given quote of $65 for the part I needed (gear and sprocket) plus $129 if I chose to have Renner come out and install, which included 30 minutes to an hour of labor to ensure proper operation. I opted for them to come out and was given window from 12-3 p.m. the following day. Technician called at 2:33 on 10/22 to confirm repair and I was told it would be a minimum of $350 to fix it. I told him that is not what I was quoted and he said he wasn't sure where she got those figures from. I'm not sure either, but the accuracy of a quote definitely matters when choosing who you want to provi
