Had a great experience with RenoSys installing a new pool liner at our historic landmark building! It looks fantastic.

We chose this product due to the local county health dept not grandfathering our existing vinyl liner replacement. We contacted Renosys and the experience was the absolute over the top. They worked with our association and the local county environmental health dept. The process was a little bit overwhelming, but at the end of the day we got the work approved to moved forward. The gentlemen showed up onsite and on time. They explained every step of the process. We are still using the same PVC membrane now 14 years later and would purchase another one in a heart beat. Very professional company who takes very good care of their customers!

I originally left a negative review because of how I was treated, and I still believe feedback is important. That said, I was truly impressed when the President of the company personally reached out to apologize. She took full ownership, made me feel heard, and left me with a very different impression than my initial experience. She seems like a true servant leader—humble, engaged, and genuinely committed to growth. That kind of leadership says a lot about a company’s direction and values.

Heather C and her leadership team have been a breath of fresh air to this local company. My first interaction a year ago with RenoSys Corp was not positive, but with this change in leadership it is a HUGE step in the right direction and I would highly recommend and encourage you to check them out and consider them when it comes to Commercial Pool Renovations & Construction! Excited to see where they continue to go & grow in 2025 and beyond.

We are a small HOA located in NJ. We had worked with Renosys on 2 liner replacement projects for our community pool in the past and contracted with Renosys to do a 3rd installation/replacement of the liner, feeling comfortable that the latest job will be completed as were the previous two. This last experience was an absolute nightmare. The Renosys team lack of professionalism, ability to communicate and deliver on promises stems from the company owner. In the end, Renosys have not completed the job as promised, have not committed to any installation dates since receiving a 25% deposit for the job in February 2022, and have refused to refund the deposit stating that they will be glad to do the job should we choose to proceed (while again not committing to a reasonable installation timefram
