Let me just start but saying Dean was a fantastic inspector/individual! We had him come over for a flooring inspection for our home we purchased just a few months ago as we were having some concerns with our floors. Dean was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for and at to help my family find out what was going on. He not only eased our minds but also gave us remedies on how to fix our problem, thoroughly explained to my wife and I why it was happening, even went as far as giving me drawings on what is going on, and had other contacts we could reach out to for assistance on fixing or a structural engineer if we wished to go a different route!
