I’ve now worked with Renovation Design Group on three major projects, including a full home renovation and a complete condo demolition and rebuild. Each time, they have been exceptional. Renovation is a specialized discipline, and they’ve mastered it—seeing possibilities where others see constraints. Annie Schwemmer and her team were fully engaged from start to finish, guiding the process with clarity, creativity, and practical expertise. I am 100% satisfied—truly thrilled—with the result. We had a wonderful experience with the team at RDG. Annie made the whole process seem less overwhelming and achievable. We were trying to have our basement dug out, which itself is very daunting, but RDG was able to help point us towards reputable GCs who could help us accomplish the project. Annie also worked with us throughout the project, helping advocate for us and our vision throughout the project. Annie was also great about giving us multiple options of designs to help accommodate our budget, and she was very flexible in providing modified plans when we inevitably changed our mind or the GC ran into some limitations during construction. Annie was a pleasure to work with and the detailed build plans and designs RDG produced were top notch and so very helpful. She worked with our contractor (Bluebird) to ensure a smooth hand-off and was available throughout construction whenever an issue came up or something had to be tweaked. I wasn't sure whether we needed to hire an architect, but I was pleased that we decided to after it was all said and done. Highly recommend RDG for any architecture/design needs!

When we renovated our entire house, we chose to work with Renovation Design Group and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. When you're doing a big project, it's challenging to visualize what your final product will look like, and Annie is great at gathering details and turning a vague idea into a reality on paper. She was also very patient with us as we went through several very different design iterations.
