Paul, the estimator and lead man on the project was professional and knowledgeable about the technical details of the job. They communicated well through e-mails and texts before the service date and while they were on site. That inspires a high level of confidence. The cleaning of my floors turned out great and has allowed me to avoid what I thought was going to be a total replacement. They were able to remove some glue and sealer from a previous job that I had thought impossible. WELL DONE!
