I had an amazing experience with Monitacio Castillo from Max Home installing my Ella Ultra Acrylic Walk-In Tub in a small upstairs bathroom. Monitacio was professional, patient, and walked me through every step of the process so I always knew what was happening. He worked carefully in a tight space and the finished tub looks perfect! 2 showers were renovated with tub removals. -- standard size bathtub/shower -- custom master shower/jet tub and floor throughout the bathroom. Both installations were completed well, timely, and at a reasonable price. There were a couple of annoyances so I would rate 4.5 stars, if I could. I went with MaxHome because of the warranty, contract, documentation, professionalism, and the ability to reach out to management for assistance with an acceptable response. I'm very pleased with the aftercare which prompted me to review the company. I found the shower floor too slippery and they came back out to install a covering that is much better at no additional charge. They also agreed to cover a slippery bench in the custom shower.

We selected Max Home because we had previous work in our Master bath and had such a wonderful experience, we called them back when we needed our guest bath remodel done. It was done professionally, cleanly, and very timely. We were just as impressed this time as last time. The shower turned out beautiful! Thanks Max Home!
