The sales appointment went well even getting financed on my end went well. But between the install lack of consideration for the homeowner and extremely poor final results, I was not happy and then they hassle me to sign the paperwork so they can get paid and told me it was ridiculous to hold up $35,000 over paint and concrete work. They said they’d fix it and they paint match never did they said they would replace the doors with the same style and they didn’t it was very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Update: Diego and Fabian.. completed the installation of the 4th door that finally had no scratches or issues. Both were polite and professional. Where to begin…. For a large company that you are paying almost 40k for installation for windows and doors they sure do not care about customer service. Original date of Installation was April 12,2025 and I am writing this on August 26th, the project is still incomplete due to poor quality material. Original installation had many mistakes including installing wrong windows in wrong places, cracking window sills and trying pass off like it wasn't their fault even tho we had pictures and video recorded day of prior to installation start. I stand by my original review and will add, I do not recommend this company. Yes, the people are very very nice but everything else is horrible. A new window was installed on the first floor, its sash came damaged and leaks water into the house. Because no one tested it I discovered the flaw weeks later. Just called to verify appt. and speed replacement but was hung up on. I still have a leak from the new second story window into my garage. Contractor did come and found a leak not window related. Ok, great.. But issue is he tried really hard to ignore the fact that the 1st window was broken by employees during install. Diego came in today right on time, my kitchen window was sticking. Within 10 minutes the window was working perfectly. I love this company !! Everyone at this company was the best from Shaun to Carlos to Amaud and all the installers They installed 11 windows and a slider in one day worked around our special needs dogs worked with scheduling so it could be done on my husbands day off !! I can not recommend them enough

We had a roof and windows installed by this company. We had 4 companies we were interviewing. FHIA was the second one we met with. Josh came to our home to present their products and servies to us. It was such a great experience we hired them on the spot and didn't even consider the remaining two companies on our list. Josh was so professional, knowledgeable and personable. The roofers showed up as scheduled. They removed our old roof and outdated solar system. They repaired damaged boards and installed our new roof. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up and hauled away everything and there were no nails on the ground anywhere! A different crew removed our old windows and installed the new ones.
