Terrific ! Repair &Remodel is more than the name indicates. There is team of 6 ( if needed) for jobs big or small. My kitchen fan repair above my stove was tricky and the solution was cleaver. Gas line and electric power were safely handled and the workers were made aware of the shut off valve in the basement BEFORE. ANY WORK STARTED . The wall needed repairs and holes filled and then dry wall applied. Now I can paint it easily . Job 2 . A second story storm sash with dry rot . Window retrieved and in their workshop, repaired, repainted and after 1 day rehung . Both projects done so well. Costs via a proposal were made clear and much less than I would have thought with the time involved . Certainly fair pricing . Salem customer

I never write reviews, but John and his team exceeded every expectation we had. He thoughtfully designed and expertly built our basic outdoor shower idea into the most beautiful and serene shower and experience. He even surprised us at the end with these fine finish details. It amazes me how architecturally it blends perfectly with our home and natural outdoor environment. Excellent quality work and attention to detail. From beginning to end we had great communication and knew what was happening all of the time and when they’d be there etc. which isn’t always the case with contractors. They were very efficient. Fantastic job! John and his crew were fast and efficient. Kind and wanted to make sure we’re satisfied with work. We needed emergency deck repair and we didn’t have funds to do a complete new deck, John came up with a solution that was safe and helped saved us money. We’re grateful that his motivation was to help us and not focused on what could make him the most money. I respect that the motives is to create a relationship for future opportunities and to be known in the Salem area as someone you can depend on. We found John business card at AC Hardware few months ago. Needed some small work on a door so we called, we were satisfied. Then we had an emergency with our deck and reached out again for this bigger job.

John and his crew were punctual, polite and very detail oriented. We are a non profit and in the process of expanding our office. I grabbed John's card from Ace Hardware specifically for his handyman services. I will be calling Repair Remodel back again when I have another project for them.

Got John Ritter's card from South Salem Ace and when I texted him, he called back almost immediately to set up an appointment to give us am estimate for a bathroom update and repair. John was punctual and respectful of the house, gave a competitive quote and also gave free advice on how to cut costs! He and his crew did great work and finished ON TIME: no delays or unexpected surprises. I will recommend him to our friends and neighbors.
