Well, my issue was my Kenmore elite freezer door. One side was not closing properly and if y’all experienced that little frost into the freezer, you were assuming that you didn’t close it properly. I just realized that the door track was out alignment so even though you were closing it, it was not closed properly, but Henry from repair appliance repair came in wow with the tools and experience that he did it. I would’ve broken it. It was a lot of work a lot of detail work he took it apart figured that out repaired it and I was very happy and definitely will recommend this in the future and highly recommend a Henry for the next project

The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure to explain the problem and the repair process in a way I could easily understand. The work was completed efficiently, and my dishwasher is now running perfectly. Repairist Appliance came out and fixed our washing machine which was not draining. Initially the consult was on Tuesday. We expected to have it fixed pretty quickly. However, they had to order the part. It was communicated they would be back on Thursday. They did not come out Thursday, but said they would come Friday. Friday evening we received a text the technician could not make it. He came Saturday and fixed it. Upon the fix the machine began to leak. They came back out to look at the leak. He said the leak was not related to the initial issue and gave us a quote. After he put it back together I ran some laundry and it did not leak anymore.
