Texted Josh on Tuesday and he was able to come on Wednesday. Taught me how to fix the problem in my dishwasher on my own if it ever came up again. Would highly recommend!

We are so grateful for Josh's knowledge and skill. A week ago, Josh fixed our dishwasher and also taught us some things about how to clean it that will help going into the future. Also, he is an outstanding communicator. I cannot say enough good things about Repairs by Josh.

My dryer stopped heating last week, and I reached out to Repairs by Josh on Monday to see if he could come later in the week. He was super responsive, letting me know he could come Wednesday or Thursday and would confirm the exact time Wednesday morning. True to his word, he messaged first thing Wednesday with a time window of 11-12:30, then let me know at 11 he was on his way and about 20 minutes out. He quickly identified the issue and had my dryer fixed within an hour. He also took the time to explain how I could clean my dryer vent to prevent issues in the future, which I really appreciated. Overall, Josh was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Tri-City area needing appliance repairs.

Repairs by Josh is fantastic! Josh responded to me right away, even after hours. It worked out that he was able to squeeze me in and repair my dryer the very next morning, which I greatly appreciated because I needed to do laundry to get packed for a family vacation. His price was less than other local appliance repair shops/establishments. Josh was extremely professional, and very neat and tidy. I cannot recommend Repairs By Josh enough!
