Republic Parking System

After eating at Hennen’s we stopped at the kiosk directly outside to pay the $3 parking fee. My husband inserted $10 and a receipt was given showing “short amount $7”. We proceeded to the parking garage expecting to see an attendant for our change. No attendant to be seen so we decided to leave. When we fed our parking pass into the kiosk to open the arm to leave it said our pass was invalid and the screen froze. We pushed the help button on the kiosk finally reaching someone who told us he could not help us and to hang up and press the button again. We did and no one answered. In the meantime we also called from our cell phone and reached someone. When we told him what happened he just hung up on us. Also during this time what appeared to be an employee was honking behind another vehicl

Well for starter's I went to the CDM today oct 14th 2020 and did not know that I had to pay before I parked because the gate was open so I assumed I paid when I left. Well, a lady she wouldn't give me her name, came up and I asked her do we pay now and she was such a horrible worker for one, she was constantly getting a attitude with me in front of my kid, when I simply asked her a question! Very rude and unprofessional she should be fired, didn't get her name but she was doing the lots of the creative discovery museum! She needs to understand that she can't talk to people that way if she doesn't like her job and can't control her attitude then she needs to find a new job. She shouldn't be a loud to talk to paying customers this way!

This company is a scam they issue me a citation for parking in a spot that had clear lines marking it a spot, I pulled in right after someone pulled out. I payed 4 bucks to park, now they are trying to charge me 16 extra so 20 bucks to park for a hour.

They gave me a ticket when I paid for 2 to 5 hours of parking and was only there for 2-3 hours.

$39 ticket and the machine wasn’t even working to pay for parking. Terrible company with outrageous fees.
