Donnie in the Framingham store was terrific. He stuck with me through my purchase of a hard to find part for a toilet. I'm not a plumber, so he made sure that I knew all of the steps to re-construct my toilet, including the kleenex trick to detect any slow leaks. No leaks, and no headaches. He even has a follow up question for the rep that he'll relay the answer back to me. I'll be asking for him directly next time.

I suggest looking elsewhere. Their customer service is very lacking. On one occasion Nate ordered and delivered an incorrect product then insisted that’s what we had ordered. Even recounting a conversation that never happened. On another occasion we worked with Kerry to figure out a vanity. She repeatedly pointed out how unfortunate the design of our bathroom was. She emphasized the problems and didn’t suggest solutions even complaining. Their prices are high and they are not a customer forward business. Save yourself the time and aggravation.

The staff that helped me was extremely helpful. They shared a lot of useful information that we were not getting from other stores. However, I did overhear a different staff member putting a hard sell on another customer - an experience that we were getting at other stores. I was very glad the second staffer was not the one helping us.

Actually, it should be minus one star. I was very annoyed by the condescending tone and impatient attitude of the sales rep who gave me 15 minutes of help in finding what I wanted after I waited for more than 1.5 hours. There were two sales reps. One looked busy typing and didn't say anything when he saw me walk around and around. The other was with a customer. I waited for an hour or so before anyone told me someone would be with me. I have never received friendly service in this Framingham store except once when the sales rep Neil helped me. He is not there anymore, but after seeing so many good reviews on this website, I gave it another chance. What a mistake! I needed new pvc parts for a bathroom sink installation. The staff there were helpful, nice, and went the extra mile to help me get what I needed and to avoid the inevitable multiple supply runs. They answered my questions frankly, with no condescension for either experience level or gender. I'd go there for any plumbing needs and recommend them to friends.
