I’m a truck driver…I had a delivery to this location.my appointment was at 7 Am, and at 6:30 I was told to back up to the door where it says receiving ( even though it is not clear) and I slide my tandem to the back ( like I was directed to) the forklift driver was nice and helpful..no problem at all here and no long wait ( it’s nice for a change !!)

Great customer service. I called these guys over a washing machine shutoff issue I had, they diagnosed it over the phone, I bought the piece and installed. Would recommend this outfit!

Needed a new flush handle for my toilet. Republic Supply was excellent. The folks at counter were very knowledge & personable. Can’t say enough about how they helped a plumbing novice like me.

Some prior comments could hold true that when walking through the door unannounced to look at product and trying to speak with a sales person without an appointment might be difficult. I experienced this 1 of the 3 times I went there. The other 2 times I was met by an extremely helpful front desk person who went out of her way to assist me. When I followed up days later on the phone I got a sales women named Tish who was incredibly helpful & pleasant and walked me through things. I ended up placing the order with her. She was kind, professional, patient and followed up over the next few days with me quickly every time I emailed her. My advice would be ask for Tish and you will be well taken care of. Was looking to help my daughter with the sink for her food truck. Did not have any luck until we found this place. I explained the problem to Dave and he said what I needed was not something they had but offered to come up with a solution by combining some stock parts. While he was gathering what was needed every employee asked if I was being waited on. I was very impressed with this well run business and Dave deserves a raise.
