The trip to the Republic Service offices is always worth it. The people are very friendly and helpful they get the job done right the first time. They're very responsive to answering questions. It's worth the drive rather than trying to call on the phone if you live close enough.

We put our can out every week the night before. The last two weeks our trash wasn't picked up. We called and reported it. Scheduled a separate pick up. For two weeks they didn't take our garbage on the Scheduled day or any other day they said they would come. Then when they finally did pick it up they left a note saying our can wasn't out on time. EXUSE ME! We put our can out the night before. We left our can out for them for two weeks. We dont appreciate being gaslit over your employees not doing their job. Whom ever drives the truck on our route needs to find employment elsewhere because they are clearly not capable of doing their job. I leave for work before our trash truck comes through. So I double check to be sure its out there. We pay a ridiculous fee to have our trash taken. I expe

I pay on time for service, have my cans out the night before… they failed to pick up. I contacted them multiple times this week for a pick up. Was assured every time they were coming out and NEVER did!! May as well just cancel service and burn your trash if you have the option! Horrible service.

If there were an option to give negative stars, I certainly would. I moved to a new address and had my cans schedules to be removed by August 28th. Not only did they never pick them up and take them as SCHEDULED, they tried to dump them on a regular garbage pick up day and then had the audacity to bold face LIE and claim they came to pick them up twice and there were no cans? You mean to tell me the cans that have been sitting in the same spot for almost a month now aren't sitting there, open in broad daylight, to be picked up? This company holds ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for their faults and gives useless lip service to shut you up and get them out of their hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We have to pay extra for garbage/recycling service since we live in the country. Why should we pay more when the driver drives right by a recycling container with glass? He’s too lazy to stop & get out of his truck and do some manual labor! When we called to ask why it wasn’t picked up, we were told to put it out again in two weeks when glass is picked up again. This is not the first time a driver has not bothered to pick up garbage or recycling. If the driver hates their job so much, find another job!!! It’s frustrating to pay high rates for such terrible service.
