Republic - White River State Park Underground Garage Lot 54

While attending an Indians game on 8/14, I had hoped to park in the surface lot but it was full even 90 minutes in advance of first pitch so I joined the long line of cars driving to the White River SP Garage. There was a big sign noting $10 event parking. When we got to the ticket booth , we were told it would be regular pricing(one could hardly change at that point) . It took nearly 45 minutes to exit following the ballgame. Why were exit booths limited to one?

Overcharged $80 for parking. We tried to pay for parking for a few hours and the machine automatically charged for a full day without any options. All I did was swipe and I was charged. Do not use the pay station on the property. It is owned by Republic Parking and seems to be a scam since there is no phone number to call and dispute the claim. How this can go on in a public park is crazy. I filed a false charge with my bank and will never park with Republic again.
