From start to finish, ReRoof America did an amazing job on my terra cotta tile roof! It was a big job over seven days, and their crew was skilled, efficient, and respectful. Everyone involved, from owner Brad to Lee the job manager to Noel and his hard working crew, worked tirelessly to get my roof done. And it is beautiful! They worked hard from 7:00 AM and stayed until after dark - cleaning and organizing the worksite before leaving. Neighbors walking by would actually stop to admire their work. I can't say enough about ReRoof America and all who made my roof come together - Thank you!

Our roof on several buildings were damaged during Hurricane Ida. We used Reroof America to handle replacement of our home room and repair of roofs on several out buildings. They came through after Hurricane Ida damaged my roof. The price was slightly higher than others but includes a lifetime warranty on the roof. They went above and beyond to help after the decking was found to be not up to code. They handled the extra claim with the insurance company and got quicker and better results than I could. Recommend them to everyone!

Prior to Mr. Mitch Wilbanks (Manager) providing an estimate for the roof replacement for my rental property, he went Above and Beyond in assisting me with a warranty claim against the manufacturer of a failed roofing product that was previously installed on the structure. He did this at no cost, and without asking for, or the promise by me, of his company being awarded the roof replacement contract. His bid was competitively priced within the proposals of 2 other companies. The roof was installed when promised and completed as scheduled. The installers were very diligent. Everything was completed to my satisfaction.

We have had our TPO Membrane roofing since 2016. It was installed by Reroof America and we could not be more pleased. It is not only very beautiful, but has stood the test of time through numerous wind, rain and hail events. (Here in southern LA, we're talking hurricane force winds and seasonal downpours.) Recently, there was a small issue; however, it was immediately and successfully addressed. It's a wonderful thing to have a company that stands by its customers so faithfully!
