Rescue Locks and Keys

I had such a great experience with Rescue Lock and Key! From the moment I called, the person who answered the phone was prompt, professional, and well-spoken. They got someone out to me quickly, and Jasmine was absolutely wonderful fast-paced, sweet, kind, and clearly great at what she does. She made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend Rescue Lock and Key, and if you get Jasmine, you’re in good hands!

I had two keys to my truck and both of them were lost. I called Rescue Locks and Keys and I was told a technician would contact me with time availability and pricing. The technician (Jasmine) called me within 5 or 10 minutes and scheduled a time. She was unable to make that time so she said she would either be later getting there or she could come out early the next morning and get me taken care of. She showed up the next morning and was able to cut and program a key for my 2013 Ford F150 and had me going within 30 minutes. I can only speak for the technician that helped me (Jasmine) but she was very personable and very knowledgeable. She had no problems cutting or programming my key. Jasmine was very caring and reliable! She did a wonderful job and gave me two keys (one with remote and one without remote) for $180. She also came to my house to give me the key. You'll be in good hands with Jasmine!

The technician was right on time and was very pleasant and professional. She was very careful not to damage my car, and she had it open in just a minute. Great service and reasonable price - I would recommend this company - I already have their number in my contacts in case I need them in the future.

I arrived at your store around 3:00 p.m. on a weekday, during your clearly posted business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). However, the store was closed. I called the number listed, and a man answered the phone. I politely explained that I was standing in front of the store and wanted to know when someone would be available. Instead of offering any helpful information, he responded rudely, saying something along the lines of, “If you’re in front of the store, you can see I’m not inside.” When I asked why the store was closed during open hours and when he would return, he became even more disrespectful and said he wouldn’t serve me because of my “attitude” — even though I was simply asking a reasonable question.
