Ben and his team have been amazing to work with. Imagine finding out 3 days before Christmas you have a leak and everything in your kitchen will need to be removed. The team made sure I understood what they were doing and were very careful to preserve my wood cabinets and all the items that had to be removed. Professional, timely, and very personable! Rescue Restoration did an excellent job on my house in East Atlanta Village. We were having terrible problems with odd smells and we needed to identify the origin. Ben Morris, who is the founder and CEO came out and did an analysis and provided excellent service on remediation solving the problem. . In addition to solving the problem, he is a great listener and asolution focused. I would highly recommend him.

Thanks Ben and team for a job well done! A tree fell on our roof during a thunderstorm damaging 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It was a nightmare dealing with insurance but Ben was a great help throughout the whole process. Communication was great and he kept me in the loop during the whole process. Once insurance approved it, they came in and the work was done in a timely manner. Ben and his team were professional, efficient, and incredibly detail oriented. I highly recommend them for their outstanding work.
