I've seen this company in action now for about 5 years at a property on the corner of 117th Avenue and N.W. 25th street. They only let the sprinklers run for about 1 minute and that is not exaggerating. I've seen the sprinklers on only when they are on site to check if all the sprinklers are working and they run them for a minute. The grounds are never wet from the sprinklers running. The grass is dying out in certain areas of the parking lot islands due to lack of water. New grass was planted about a week ago and the grass has not been watered yet, so the new grass may not survive.

Great service. Came on time helped me to find problem with my irrigation system. Very professional.
