From the front office staff to the sales rep Dan, the on-site PM Marlon, and the entire crew and even company owners- everyone was top notch and respected our property while delivering a high quality product when they said they would for how much they said they would and exactly as discussed. This job spanned 2 days and each day they left the job site spotless. As a customer, we received real-time detailed drone photos multiple times per day, showing us progress updates. We had 4 reputable companies quote this job and Reset was the best value given the materials used and warranty options offered. Very happy with our decision to go with Reset.

The entire team of ResetRoofing Are extremely professional very easy to work with and each in their own area of responsibility ensures complete customer satisfaction. I was most impressed with the quality of roof they installed as well as the attention to detail. The location manager was very accessible and spent all day at the house and answered every question I had. We had 3 inches of rain the day after the new roof was put on and we are safe and dry.

I contacted several companies to get estimates for repairing a few loose screws on the top of my metal roof. Many of the companies I spoke with quoted minimum service charges that were quite high for what was ultimately a small repair. James from Reset Roofing came out promptly, climbed onto the roof, and took care of the issue right away. James completed the repair efficiently and charged a very reasonable $100. I truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to handle a smaller job without imposing a large minimum fee. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend Reset Roofing to others.
