Josh and Caleb at RES did a first class job replacing a bad wire in my back yard. Cleaned up the job site better than before they arrived. 5 stars to RES electrical. Billy runs a great organization. Great company to work with. Communication is great--they communicate via phone, text, or email. I prefer text since I can respond when I can when at work, but Billy called to set up the appointment and talk about the work that needed to be done and price. I had a Tesla Wall Connector installed and they gave me a competitive price--they even checked to make sure whether or not I needed a permit from the City of Houston. I did find another company that would have done it for a lower price, but RES's service and professionalism won me over. The overall value, in the end, was better with RES. The day of the job, Billy communicated updates on arrival time and the two electricians came at the specified time and completed their work in less than an hour. Everything looked and worked great.
