Residential Fuel Systems

I have been using RFS for a few years now. They always offer a great price (one of the lowest in my area) and quick delivery. A couple of days ago, I ran out of oil. I called up and, even though they had a packed schedule that day, delivered same day to get me up and running. Exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend!

We ordered a specific amount of oil. While we were not home, 50 gallons more than we authorized were delivered and then charged us for it. We were first charged for the agreed-upon amount and then charged again for the additional oil we did not order. My husband called to address this, and we were told there was “nothing they could do” and that a refund was not possible. We did not authorize the extra delivery, were not present when it occurred, and should not be financially responsible for oil we did not request... UPDATE: I called myself and talked with someone more reasonable who refunded us for the mistake.

We have been using RFS for our oil deliveries for about 2 years. Their customer service and quick delivery service has always been outstanding. Today on a Christmas Eve my husband realized that we were almost out! (Holiday running around and colder temps 🤦🏻‍♀️ ) He called in and was informed that delivery would be scheduled for Thursday(48 hrs). He explained the situation and was informed that they will try to squeeze in delivery today….RFS came through not only within 4 hours but also on Xmas Eve!! We THANK YOU so much! From The Garcia’s. The website is misleading with prices listed. There are two prices with *. One for automatic fuel customers and the other for I'm not sure. Anyway, I felt bait and switch but shame on me for not grilling the person on the phone when I placed the order because she said the posted price could not be guaranteed due to market conditions. I get that but the price went down 4 cents between when I placed the order and time of delivery and I got charged 10 cents / gallon higher than the higher price on web site. Maybe I made the mistake but I still feel ripped off and will not return as a customer.

I just want to say that this company is the best in our area! They are fast, friendly, local AND affordable! They always seem to have the lowest prices. We love that we can get a great price with above and beyond service locally. This is what home delivery of fuel oil should be. No hassle, no stress, no demand of maintenance contracts. They are simply the best!
