My experience with Residential Grading and Septic from start to finish was EXCELLENT. Every time I called Will he either answered the phone or called back in a timely manner. He and his team installed a much needed new septic system at our home. The installation process was efficient and impressive. They left the area where the system was installed graded, seeded, and strawed and all I had to do was water in the seed. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the upstate that needs septic servicing or installation.

We had a septic emergency, couldn’t run water, had to leave to shower.. It really shut us down, Anderson Express Rooter made an appointment with me and after showing up late they parked at the bottom of my driveway and told me it was “too dangerous” walked to the tank, that we had already dug out, to say basically it’s clogged and it’ll be $3000.. and left !! After pleading for help on Facebook I was pointed to Residential about 30 times 😂 I took the hint! I’m glad I did! Will assured me that whatever my driveway conditions, it would be okay, he would help me and everything would be okay! Since it was late - we did a next day appointment and JT came right out smiling, drove up with no issues, and in no time flat I’m FREE off issues and my house is running like a home again !!
