This fall we contracted Residential to remodel our master bath. We were thrilled with the results which transformed our 1969 dark, small master bath into a spa like space. Joe Fiore, RR's owner, returned my inquiry email within 24 hours and 48 hours later was in our home looking over the space. And then 24 hours later his proposal was in our hands. We were impressed--the previous bid took weeks to get to us! Every member of RR's team continued to impress my husband and me. Sean was a master at coordinating the work. Sean and Herb immediately returned any texts regarding questions, concerns. Residential Remedies just completed work on our home that needed to be done from the move in punch list. We are very pleased with their estimate, communication, delivery of materials and completion of all the work. We would be very happy to use them again.

We recently worked with Joe, Herb, and Alex to remove part of a wall in our kitchen to open it up to the dining room. We worked with Alex for most of the project. He was polite, very thorough, and great at communicating the plan. I was always aware of when things were happening (inspections, painting, etc.) or if there was a delay. The kitchen was fully functional too while this was going on. The crew was clean and tidy. The other thing I really appreciated was this renovation never interfered with my work. They had a key box and came and went as needed. I would come home from work and paint would be done! It was very easy. An architect recommended Residential Remedies (RR) for excellent work and high integrity. We interviewed a number of general contractors and found Joe Fiore, owner of RR, to be responsive and competitive in price—and our first choice. We contracted with Residential Remedies in November, 2012 for significant renovation in an older home that we had just purchased. Changes involves structural issues (requiring engineering assessment), electrical, plumbing and HVAC as well as carpentry, drywall and painting. We found Joe’s team to be hard-working and dependable. Joe was on-site daily to make sure the work was progressing in a quality manner. At times, he offered suggestions that significantly improved the overall project. The clean-up was great.
