Resilient Detail and Shine

Dropped my 2012 Ram 1500 off for a detailing because I was thinking of trading it in to the dealership. When I picked it back up I started to having second thoughts. It looks brand new! Resilient went above and beyond. I am very impressed in the attention to detail in thier work. They are highly professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will be returning!

I got my car fully detailed inside and out. It looked brand new when I went and picked it up and smelled great. He also did a headlight correction for me and my headlights looked BRAND NEW after being yellow and cloudy. The owner was great and the customer service experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for a good detail and for any other services he provides!

Cleaned the car very well, however we were told a quote of a certain amount *without fees and taxes* thinking that these fees and taxes would only be 5-15$. He had never told us how much they would cost, and we definitely should have asked because our total *with fees and taxes* was 20% more than what he quoted us. Be careful and ask up front how much the TOTAL cost will be not just the services unless you want to be charged 20+% in fees and taxes. (For reference we payed 40$ more than what he quoted us). Update: Thanks for explaining your costs and prices now, however that’s not helpful anymore since they were not explained before hand. Like I said, just ask him how much it will be in total so you know what you will actually be paying. My review still stands appropriate.
