I'm pleased with my experience with Resnick Roofing. The sales team and project supervisor were professional, well informed and communicated well. The team did a great job on the project. We are very happy with the result. Finally, we appreciate the great warranty and quality products used by Resnick.

I had a roof recently replaced by Resnick after the April 2025 hail storm in the North Boroughs. I had an excellent experience and the results exceeded my expectations. It was brought to my attention that the gaps in between my old roof decking boards were over 1/2" and they strongly recommended a plywood overlay. I had generally been expecting this from what I could see in the attic (many floating nails between the boards). The change order process was quick and smooth, and the cost of the added materials and labor I thought was very good. The communication throughout the process was beyond expectations. We are very pleased with our new roof from Resnick. The quality and appearance of the GAF shingles is exceptional, and the installation was completed in a timely fashion. Everyone, including our sales rep Derek and our superintendent Zach, was very professional and responsive to our questions. Lastly, the installers did a great job with the installation and cleanup!

Great service experience from the Resnick team. 17 squares removed and replaced in one day with great cleanup by the team never knew they were there. None of my shrubs or flowers were damaged. I highly recommend Resnick Roofing & Contracting to my family and friends.

Resnick roofing was good to work with. The sales team explained the products and process very clearly. Scheduling was good but communication could have been slightly better. The roof was done, including all new decking, in one day. Looks great including the chimney flashing which I was concerned may not be done correctly. Cleanup was good as well with only a small amount of small debris left behind. When I found a few nails our Project Supervisor, Zach was quick to come back out and recheck for more nails. The only downside to the whole experience is that we have a vaulted ceiling that experienced some nail pop outs from the work above. That’s probably just the cost of installing a new roof but it’s not covered per the contract. That’s my bad as I should have read the details more closel
