ResQ Plumbers

We discovered We had a septic emergency late Monday night. I reached out to the Sanger community page For help and someone recommended ResQ Plumbers. Kevin responded And he told me he would contact me early in the morning for a time that he could come by. His crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience less stressful. We've never had this kind of emergency before but I think it probably would have cost a whole lot more with another company. So he was very affordable and we were very thankful for his services.

I would highly recommend ResQ Plumbers. Whenever we have used ResQ they are so quick to respond, their techs are always friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I love their communication from beginning to end. When it comes to customer service they go above and beyond to ensure you are fully taken care of and satisfied. We will only use ResQ Plumbers for any needs in the future.

I could not score higher due to the horrible excavation contractor he chose. I kept a detailed report on missed hours, days they did not show up and crappy work. RESQ did not start work on the date we agreed on, communication was one sided. Me! If I was not messaging daily he would have no idea the excavation company was not working. This job should have been finished in a week it lasted 2 weeks.

We had the best experience with Kevin from ResQ Plumbers. He was prompt and resolved our issues in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
