Mike, Victor, and the RER Team have been great to work with. When our small business needed a walk-in fridge & freezer, they helped us acquire a used one for an affordable price. They walked me through the necessary steps to get it up and running, and when we recently had an issue with the refrigeration unit, Mike came out within two days to make the repair himself. This company nearly single-handedly services most of the restaurants in Sioux Falls. So I’m grateful for their help and appreciate their commitment to support their customers, big or small. They came to help me repair the ice machine, but within a month the ice machine stopped working again. When I received their bill, I did not pay immediately but wrote an email requesting that someone be sent to check. However, Still didn't wait for their technician to come. I finally sent the check to pay for the previous repair fee. After that I was asked to pay the extension fee. I told her on the phone that I had contacted her via email that I was asking to send someone over, so I have been waiting for you to come and check the ice machine. But no one came, so I paid late, but the lady who answered the phone had a very bad attitude and asked me to find someone else to check. But don't worry, I won't ask you to fix any machines again. I can support the delay fee of more than ten doll

I called to get our ice machine repaired because it wasn’t working. I was asked if I approved emergency repair…yes it is an emergency, the ice machine I bought from you a few months ago is not working!!! What a scam, either pay emergency fees or wait weeks for them to arrive. Don’t buy equipment from Restaurant Equipment Repair!

called and made an appointment on1/10, said tech would be there 1/11-12, because they we're busy. never showed up. called 1/12 at 10:30 said they would be there, called at 4:25 and they said tech was flying out of town and not going to do the job and they had no one to do the job. i work for a company that promised our customer that they would be there, now i'm left trying to find someone to do it. will never use them again .

Called on 4 separate occasions to have them come to my business for a service call on a freezer. Was told someone would be out all 4 times. Guess who never showed up a single time and never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming. Never thought I would be ghosted by a company but I guess if that's how they do business.
