The service was great from the call to the repair. They came out the next day. The repairman was great and fixed the equipment . We will definitely call them again. Waiting on estimates on some of our other equipment. Thanks for a job well done.

So I am a member of a nonprofit association who helps people get off drug and alcohol addictions being that the group is nonprofit I have to see that I get the most bang for my buck and that’s exactly what I found with the people at restaurant & kitchen solutions at first glance I was a bit disappointed because I could not find someone in my area to do the job for a reasonable price. When I called their office they seamed eager to find out more about me and the needs of the group. The very next day they came did the job and the tech Luis was very honest had great work ethics and made sure that everything was working to perfection before he left. I am extremely grateful to have found this company and I will surely contact them again for any problems I may have with my appliances.

This was a much needed find for us here in South Dade. For years we’ve struggled to find a local company that can provide very specific services. Restaurant Kitchen Solutions is a versatile company that provides multiple services for all of my restaurants needs. Luis and Claudia from where very professional and courteous. Sent an email, said they would call the next day, they didn't. I called them, said they would be out the next day, but then changed it to the following week. Technician showed up 2 hours later then scheduled, I told him which parts were bad. He verified, and said he would see if they had the parts in their inventory, and/or order. Was going to come back a few days later. I tipped him, thinking I was going to get my commercial stove fixed. Waited, never received call from him nor did he show up. I called and left messages, he never returned calls or messages. I fixed it myself. Was not to difficult getting parts or replacing parts.

The drink cooler in my store broke unfortunately, but I’m so happy that I found this company! Speedy service, extremely communicative and very affordable pricing! If I ever need something fixed, I’m definitely calling these guys again!
