Awesome job! Would highly recommend. From the owner, to his on site team, to the billing team, everyone was super nice and helpful. They did a great job on my hurricane Helene hit house. They helped me navigate everything step by step that I needed to do. Can’t say enough good stuff about this company!!

Had a toilet overflow in an upstairs bathroom that leaked down through the subfloor and was coming out of the ceiling downstairs. Called RestoPros of Central GA because they were recommended by my buddy that owns a carpet cleaning business in the area. I was immediately connected to the owner of the company on the phone. He was quick to get a team out to my house within an hour or so to setup stabilization and perform moisture tests. They took pictures of everything, wrote up a report, and determined the extent of the damage and what was required to fix it all. They advised me to make a claim with my insurance right away. They didn't cut corners like insurance adjusters would hope in order to save the insurance company money. They aren't contracted by insurance companies. They work

Water pressure was very low. Kevin came out and determined it was either a check valve or pressure reduction valve issue and advised us on next steps. No charge. Very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!
