I would give them 10 stars if I could — but since I can’t, I’m giving them five! Back in April, we had a severe black water flood and lost our entire floor. It was overwhelming and messy. RestoPros of Dayton arrived in less than 20 minutes and immediately started removing black water, tearing out damaged hardwood flooring, and drying everything with industrial fans. They sanitized everything too, which was important because it was a black water flood. They were nice, helpful and efficient. They even came back the next day — ON A SATURDAY — to continue the cleanup. They took all the trash with them, which was huge because we live in an area with a strict HOA and we’re not allowed to have a bunch of trash out. Excellent customer service and they got to work the same day I called! They handled insurance for water mitigation after I made the initial claim, and that was so helpful. I truly didn’t have to worry about anything other than getting my home back together. Josh and crew were amazing! Our basement pipes backed up w sewage (blechhh) around 4pm Christmas Day of 2025. First year we ever had pizza on Christmas! They came out after the plumber the next day lightening fast and had the basement cleaned up and started drying everything up in almost no time at all. They were very helpful and knowledgable...2 excellent qualities to help ease the mind in a stressful situation. Took great care with our home, including a mat on the stairs to trap gross things from shoes. V friendly and personable...honestly, felt like getting help from a good friend. My family (and our 4 cats) appreciate you all SO much. Made the best out of a bad situation, particularly over the holidays. It was also time away from your families. Hello, I was in a bad situation with one of my rental properties. There was a pipe that was leaking and had been for quite sometime. There was a lot of damage done to the bathroom floor. I didn't know what process needed to take place. The plumber recommended that I reach out to RestoPros and that was the best thing that I could have done. No one ever wants to be in a situation where you come home to your basement flooded with sewage water. But if that happens I highly recommend RestoPros. Josh immediately responded and came to our house, after hours. He walked us through the process of what we needed to do to mitigate the situation but most importantly he did with care and compassion, offering an overview of the insurance process. During the work, the staff were friendly and efficient. They did a great job.
