Abby was prompt in responding to our issue (water heater damage that leaked through most of the basement). She's also very prompt via text messages and calls. Elyse and James were at the house in less than an hour from when the call was made. They knew right away where to start and what's needed. They took care of air sanitization the first day when they just came for evaluation to make sure the humidifiers are running to take care of the wet carpet and avoid further contamination of molds etc. Elyse, James, John and Dillan were a phenomenal team to work with. Elyse and James did an absolutely amazing job on a mold clean up job for us. The whole company has been great to work with. They came out to give an estimate, and were able to fit me in to their schedule the next day! They were the first company I called for an estimate, the price was in the range I had expected (maybe even on the lower end of what I anticipated), and my impression of them was so positive that I didn't even call a second company for an estimate to compare. Abby, the owner, was easy to work with by phone and text, and Elyse and James were friendly, professional, and best of all, made it look like we'd never even had mold. I recommend this company without reservation. I've even added them to my phone so if I ever need any of their services again I won't have to search!
