We recently had an emergency leak that bled into our ceiling on the first floor. Luckily we caught it early and we contacted RestoPros and they were at our house the next morning to stop the issue before it got worse. They were able to completely dry the area where the leak was and take out the damaged dry wall within a couple of days. Colten and his team were very easy to work with and very honest and forth coming about to fix the problem and give us insight regarding whether we should file an insurance claim or not due to the price. We had a great experience with Restopros and highly recommend using them in the future!

The job took longer than it should have, primarily due to subs - which is why 4 stars instead of 5. But I am pleased with the final outcome.

Their crew was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They went above and beyond not only fixing the problem but making sure everything looked even better than before. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take the time to do the job right instead of cutting corners. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and they kept me updated on progress every step of the way. If you ever need restoration work done in the Tyler or Longview area, don’t waste your time calling anyone else RestoPros is the real deal. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, stress free experience. I can’t recommend them enough!

Jan 17th I reached out to get a mold issue inspected and resolved, after asking me to text them the damage I could see, they didnt respond until the 22nd and then said they'd need to call me the following week to set up a time... Odd. Then someone passed in their organization and it impacted everyone so no one could come out, I offered my condolences and gave it another week before I reached out again for service. Eventually we settled on Saturday the 15th since my fiance could be off to be at the house during inspection. We agreed on a time for the 3pm on the 15th. On the 14th they texted me that their whole company now had the flu and they eould contact me back next week to get service. Never heard back. Disappointed to say the least considering reviews seemed good but seems like th
